form to mail script. ASP

ive made a form in flash which sends email from my flash site to my email adress. it is totally finished but it is not working. my website is hosted with utv internet and they seem to use an asp type of form to mail script if anyone knows what that means! Is there any body who knows how to make this type of form? if so could you please give me some hints or even better would be if you could leave me an email adress and ill send you the fla i made and you could see what ive done wrong in it. i dont think theres much to correct because i followed a tutorial. thanks, ne help is gretly appreciated.
