I am trying to figure out what is the best width and height that I should have for my flash website.

I don't want it to open in a popup window.

I need it so the majority can see it.

    what is the best size?

I've been making mine 760x500. It seems to fit pretty decent on a 17 inch monitor.

I've got a 17 monitor (not flat panel) and 700*400/450 works better for me
    ( keeps the scroll~Trolls away)

770 x 550 is my max size, but i try 2 design to 800 x 600 monitors, it depends on the client at the end of the day

see (if u can) what settings his machine is running, if its an arty site aimed at designers go big 1024 x ...

if its for an oap club mb aim for 640 x 480

    horses for courses
