Hey, I am making a site with a navbar at the bottom and when you press it, I want a movie to load above it. I can get the movie to load ok, but it just loads at the very top every time. How do I specify an exact placement of where I want it to be.

Load it into an empty movie clip, then you can move the empty movie clip around the stage. Remember to name the empty mc in the instance panel:
