Thread: Loaded mp3's playing at double speed

    Wonder if anyone can help me with this...

    I'm dynamically loading looped mp3's into the flash 6 player, but they're playing at double the speed they should. I've tried encoding at all kinds of different bitrates but nothing seems to make any difference. The loops play at normal speed in any other mp3 player.

    Anyone come across this before?

    I helped someone with the same problem recently. It turned out to be the way the sound was encoded.

    Thanks guys - I encoded at 22Khz instead of 24Khz and they work OK now!
