    ok I took ingame pics

    there jpegs highest quality


    Will FLAH MX make the pics look more crappy?

    convert your movie into .swf using file / export movie method. It will give you a option to set your JPEG Quality. higher the number higher is the quality of the image. and higher is the quality of the image, higher is the size of the .swf file. By default it is set to 50.

    if the jpg's are in the swf, try right-clicking on them in the library and then select properties. there is a checkbox that says "automatically smoothen" or something like that, or "smoothen image", uncheck it. then below you can change the quality of the image, which by default is 50, bring it to 100. and make sure "compress as jpg" or whatever it's called is selected, from, I think, a dropdown menu. I don't have flash here at work som i'me not sure about all the technical terms. Also do what SID said. I had the same problem, this is the way to go...
