For some reason i cannot import any mpeg's into Flash MX.
I have tried a couple of different mpgs and not luck with either one i get the following error messages.
Flash doesn't recognize the format.
One or more files could not be imported because their were problems reading them.
Both files are mpg which i thought mx supported.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

first try to reboot (i had the same thing)
if that doesnt work you can convert them to avis

I tried rebooting and still get the same error messages. I do not know what the deal is. One of the main reasons i bought MX was for mpeg video support. It also appears that Macromedia has no free email support anymore if you are outside the first 90 days. I will have to say I have lost a lot of confidence in Macromedia after the release of the Flash 6 player and the MX line. If anyone has any other suggestions i would appreciate it. I do not want to convert these files because mpegs are suppose to be supported if they are not then I will have to talk to MM about this.
