Logo Ideas

Hey guys, I'm supposed to make a site for a counter-strike clan (vT.violent tension) but I don't like to use in-game screens to make logos (overused and ugly). If you guys would like to help me out on some ideas of logos for "virtual Tension" please feel free to post. Personally, I was thinking of making an eye, or a little flame. The color scheme I would like to use would be red and some gray, no white it is going to be on a white bg. but I need better ideas . Please help if you can, thanks in advance.

Hi i'm a Quake 3 man myself but mb use some key elements of the game

eg
telescopic sight looking at the logo (x hairs)
a gun with the logo embossed on to it

its a starting point, nice 2 see what u come up with
