how can i insert sound/background?

how can i insert background or sound to my swish file..??
i can see some simples had a background not only color and can i add sound when i am doing my typewriter action as a sound of keypoard or something..? )

You'll have to do that from within Flash itself. Import the .swf file (the one you created in flash), and then add sound, background colors, or whatever else on different layers. That's the only way to do it right now. BOL
