How to do these graphics

does anyone know a good tutorial or resource for doing graphics like those at http://www.mtv.co.uk/osbournes

they're kinda like old video game graphics but very nice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

this is a style called "pixel art"

you can do it in photoshop, or nearly any image editor, you just need to use the pencil tool and zoom in a lot

it takes practice to get that good, but basically you want to limit your colors, and try to keep angles consistent.

take a look at some older isometric games for examples, or look around the net, theres tons of examples (***** hotel for instance)
