Hello,
As my new flash page is comming along great, I want to create a flash of light effect, commonly used on flash sites. I have MX and photoshop any1 know of a link or an answer.

Draw a white rectangle as large as the stage.
it should be on a layer that has alternating keyframes and blank keyframes

Ok
I want to have a button, when moused over I want it to kinda flicker, not just a row of key frames on/off deal.
I want to have the flash of light to have soft edges like its blured out. Thats the best I can explain right now
