    Can someone point me to a tute on getting Video from a VCR tape to avi to Flash?

    I don't know of a tute but essentially you need a capture card for your computer.

    Pinnacle Systems makes a couple of boards that are under $100 that will do this for you. There are many other boards and gadgets that will do it also.

    Once you have the avi file you can use Vid2swf to convert it or if you are using FL6 it will handle several types of video formats directly.
