email tracking/reporting software

Hi guys,

Am researching software to send out HTML newsletters and such, that offers tracking of some kind (emails viewed, links clicked, emails forwarded...etc).

Anyone have any knowledge of this area, of any good programs? I've found LOTS of email/newsletter programs, but not many (maybe one I'm looking at now) that offers tracking as well.

All help much appreciated.

You might also want to check out www.gotmarketing.com. You can get going for $20/month for a few thousand emails and then pennies per email after that. They offer some nice reports and real time tracking information.

Hi - Have just built a web based app for doing exactly what you require. We track emails viewed, items downloaded, and evan have a feedback poll. It is implmented in PHP and MySql.
