Drawing Circles

Simple question:

I need to draw a perfect circle. It needs to rotate and therefore the dimensions must be perfect.

I can't find a way to draw a perfect circle. Most vector tools have a way (shift, control or alt key).

Turn on snap to grid, and draw a circle within a perfect square....................

Thanks so much. I forgot snap to grid. It will be handy for other things.

I love 3DFA. Having tried Swish, this is much better.
