Hi all - I hope someone can help me with this: I have a Real Media video file (.rm format) and would like to insert or link it to my Flash movie. As far as I can tell, Flash will not import a .rm file. How can I get this to play in Flash? Alternatively, is there a way I can convert the Real Media file to an mpeg or avi? What tools would I use? Many, many thanks in advance ....

trying a screen capture ...
Additional info to my request: I've been scouring the web for an answer to my question and am trying some options others have suggested, like using a screen capture program (hypercam, camtasia etc.) I've tried three so far and all I get is a blank/black screen where the .rm images should be. Any ideas what is going on here?? Thanks again in advance!
