    Hi,

I'm kind of under the gun. I received an AVI file from the boss today which he would like me to embed into a tutorial for our website that I created in Flash. The problem is I've never worked with AVI files and don't know the first thing about embedding one in Flash. Can someone help me please???

One option is to get Sorenson Squeeze or Wildform Flix, Import the .avi and ouput it as a .flv

But here is how to do it with only Flash MX:

Thanks! I guess the answer is then to get Sorenson Squeeze or Wildform Flix because I'm working with Flash 5. Where can I find this software?
