Centering and file size..help!

I am having a hard time getting the imported swf from swish- exported as a swf movie in Flash- to center as an htm page in my browser..any suggestions?? also, I am finding Swish swfs with any measure of interesting text effects to be unusually large file sizes for swfs in general..is anyone else?

If you are using a web authoring program simply set the page, table, or cell to "CENTER" and place the plugin (to import the .swf created from Swish) accordingly.
