why is this happening- popup javascript question

my site is http://www.oymdesign.com/back/inde.html

when you click on flash and then click on portfolio then capabilites, then click on feature, it opens a pop up window but the window is larger than what I need.

the same thing happens if you do the same on the html side

except for when I coded it to not have it's own window
click on html, then capabilites, then design then feature

please help

What size have you set your popup?
I would be loading the contents of my index page center screen.
