flash to AVI ?

hi frds...
i need help......i have 20sec flash intro and i want to convert that flash file into avi video...and when i convert that file with export property it generated a very big size file in 400MBs...so plz help me and tell me any hint or third party tool...????

why don't u try to make it .mov file. After avi u can export .mov file from quicktime pro version 6.5.

it's uncompressed AVI which always is big. After you will encode it to FLV or any other format you should get smaller file.
