Thread: swf in browser very slow

    did anyone had a similar problem?
    at home i have a fast maschine and the swf is fast, but at
    work the file is so slow, that id doesnt make fun.
    have a look at

    okey, i know id is perhaps a little bit too much. but i think id looks nice.
    and id will be much better in future.

    It sure is slow! Are you using large Bitmaps?

    äh yes, there are too big, so i will have a try in much smoller ones.

    problem detected

    i know now why this is so slow sometimes.
    first id depense on the cpu speed.
    but also its because of the opacity. if you use a moving picture and a background, the cpu has to build the screen now every second a few times!
    does anyone see an other way to solve this?
