I Need help with ScrollPane!

I have made a simple flash wich has a simple movieClip and
ScorllPane.
When i am telling the ScrollPane that it's Scroll Content=movieClip evrything ok!! but-> as much as i understand the ScrollPane Should show only part of the movieClip,and when i scroll up or down it show the rest!
but what happens is that i can see all of the movieclip
all the way down!it moves in the scroll pane ok but it is not hiding the rest of the scrollPane as i so in an example!!!
why is that??where is my mistake?

Are you dragging your content mc on stage, along the scrollpane?
