    Hey, I was wondering if there was anyway to embedded, load, or just put a movie into a Flash 5 projector file. I once embedded a quicktime movie into flash, but had to export the whole flash file as quicktime, which messed up the entire thing.

    No you'll need Flash MX for that. Flash 5 can only simulate real video.
