Movie works in Netscape & not IE

I'm a new Swish user and it is pretty cool. I made a short banner type movie and put it in my web page. The file plays fine in Netscape but not Internet Explorer. If you want to take a look, it's at http://www.tmreed.com/second I'm using Front Page in case that may be a problem. Any help would be great! Thanks.

OK, after I posted the message asking for help I went back to the page and it now works in both netscape and IE. I don't get it. I hit the reload button several times. Either way, it's fixed.
