moving from swi to webpage

ok i made my first swish movie how do i bring it to a web page i tried to do file>publish so i get the page i save that page in folder but when i open that page in front page nothing comes just the background what am i doing wrong. I want to view the page offline or do we have to be conneected to the net to view the page. Please let me know the steps involved thanks in advance

Razor, you need to export the swi file as a swf (Flash) file, before embedding it in a webpage.

When you publish, SWiSH creates the HTML code needed to embed the movie into a webpage, but you need to have a *.swf file for your movie to be viewed. SWiSH's swi format is not supported in the Flash mime-type.

well i exported to swf format executed the publish command but i dont get any movie running just black bgound which i got from swish when i open the file in swish its fine what am i doing wrong please help me thanks in advance.
