    If ya wanna make an 'intro', better you slap it in the site as a link. I recommend 'presentation'.

    I usually don't watch intros - the first thing I see is 'Skip Intro' and it's usually the first thing I do.

    most intros these days suck so i usually skip them, but if they are done well and not drawn out i'll watch em

    I'd agree that this one is one of the best i have seen so far, it's hard to remember where i have seen the other great ones though.

    if you're collecting these as inspiration for a site that is for non-designers beware, I haven't seen a single 'normal' user, whether they're clients, friends or pet shop assistants, who hasn't skipped the intro or the site straight away.

    apart from designers no one I know likes or tolerates intros.

    I agree with hurricane, they're so dead.
