simulating motion \ that of a swing tag - how?

Hello,

You know like a swing tag, swinging from side to side as if it had just been violated in some way. just subtle movement.




^ That tag if you blow it lightly form the side. That is what i want to do, make move like that for a couple seconds and then stop like in ummm "real" life.

I am still a bit of a flash newcomer though so would this be simple or way over my head?

I had a pathetic attempt with trying to animate it this morning just a rough go but it was really bad, my flash animation skills are poor one prob is that the whole things sort of moves when it should really just rotate slightly around that point (the hole in the tag)

I thought it might be a nice idea to do it with actionscript ? perhaps using the rotation property, unless this is a simple task which i doubt i will need some help.
