I really want to make a semi circle.. i.e. Half of the default circle in Swift

But i dont seem to be able to split the circle directly in half in swift..

and i am thinking if i import a semi circle from flash it will be 2D and i cannot create the full roundness

Now if you get what im waffling about plz help .
    thx!

create two points, where the point properties on X are zero. make them equidistant from (0,0) in regard to the Y distance as well.

now, make both points to curves. move the bezier paths out in a horizontal position... do both points like that and make sure that the bezier handles are pretty much the same distance horizontally.

for the record, I created two points, at (0,0.250) and (0,-0.250) which was about 5 guidelines down and up from (0,0). then, turned both points into curves, and dragged the bezier handles out to 6 guidelines on the X Axis, then sweep only 180 degrees... and this is what what I got...

it's possible. very possible. also, look at closing the shape...
