    Please help me .......

    i had a problam. How i can connect a database through flash.
    Actually its an CD presentation. That CD contain a database.
    May i retrive data from that database through flash also how to display that

    Hmm....sure this is the right forum for this?

    I think the awnser is ColdFusion Components(CFCs) to get database info, then transfer them into flash. FlashComm MX doesn't deal with databases.

    nope , no can do on a cd rom, but you can use a third party extension to do it, goto multidmedia.com or something, they make flashstudio, which allows you to connect to databases locally but it only works for executables, which is probably what you need.
