Flash file to MP2?

Does anyone know how to convert flash file into MP2?
Also, the least images loss...
Really appriciated if anyone can help me on this. Been scratch my head silly for weeks.

To get it to MPEG-2 you can save it as a .mov and then encode to mpeg-2.

I know it may sound really silly. but do you know what I can do to encode .mov to mpeg-2? Using what kind of software?

I am still stuck in .mov file.

I have EO Vedio converter. but it doesn't agree with the music in the flash file. Am I support to erease the music when I am creating flash movie?

Hi. It depends on how much you want to spend. You can start with quicktime pro. The pro key allows you to export as mpeg-2. For mac a great software encoder is BitVice http://www.innobits.se/ or I'd look at ProCoder for pc http://www.canopus.com.

If you use a mac I wouldn't look much furthur than BitVice but there are loads of encoders about for pc depening on your needs. You could look at the help pages on http://www.vcdhelp.com

Flash to Video Encoder can convert your swf-s to video. then you'll be able to convert it with some another encoder to mpeg2...
