I am not sure of the difference for saving files in the movie? or SWF? I did discover that I can edit if saved in SWF

Not sure of your question really

Generally not a good idea to double post

    Hi,
I must have made a mistake, I did not double post intentionally, sorry!. I also did not do a very good job of asking.
What is the difference for saving SWF?
    or saving in movie?
    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hi,

Flash uses 2 different files, the swf file is the file that gets viewed by the user, this can't be editted, the other file .fla is the file used when you create the movie, the swf file is created from this file.
