    Hmm...

    How do you make moving characters, also when I make a ball or something move the background just turns white and the picture I did before goes away...also how do I do a pre-loader...and how do I make it load...thanks

    I suggest you check out the tutorials section of this site to get yourself started. There are lots of good tutorials in there, and plenty on preloaders.

    How do you mean make something move? Are you looking to make an object move with tweening or use actionscript to move a movie clip?
