loading flash movie into a flash movie

I have 2 flash movies embeded into one html page one file is for the main content and hte other is for the navigation, what I want to do is load a new swf into the content from the navigation.

The only problem is i can't seem to target the content.swf from the navigation.swf

You're not talking of a frameset right?

no frameset, just one html with two flash files

one file the nav the other file the content i have 6 buttons within the scrolling left to right nav and i want each button to load a new swf into the content but i cna't seem to be able to replace the content.swf from the navigation.swf
