Live Stream with a Ding Dong

Hi Everyone

How can you make the video chat to ring? Like MS Messenger or Yahoo Messenger?

And while you trying to make sense of my non-sense post, is there a sample Audio And Video Streaming.fla like the one HERE with Jeremy Allaire? I try everything but every time this brainless Allow/Deny thing comes up and scares the hell of the people.

It depends where you want the ding. The easiest place I've added it is in the chat component. Look in there and find the receiveMessage function (I think!). Then just add the code to make it ding in there. Now everytime it receives a message, it will ding.

As far as the Allaire presentation, it really isn't that complicated. The allow/deny thing will only come up if you are using the users camera or microphone. For the presentation, you shouldn't need that. Just record a stream to the server and then build the presentation fla to play it back.
