Can't get my movie to stop

I working on putting together a movie and I have an open and a couple of scenes i want to link to the open page but as of right know the stop action script won't stop the movie it just rolls through the three scene. Any help would be great.

I'm new to the flash world so it might just be something stupid. I don't know???

It should work fine m8 as long as the stop action is on the last frame of the scene you want to stop at. Make sure it is attached to a frame in the main timeline and not a button. Also check that the flash player actually goes to this frame with the action in and does not bypass it in any other way using some other actionscript.
