If you aren't going to use it, you don't have to
worry about getting rid of it.

This is so dumb that users have to go through such a process just to get their username working. This happen to me a while back so I had to download every web browswer out there and try and log in to save my settings to auto login. While it finaly worked with Opera, I am once again having the problem. I went back to use Opera to go to "myFK" section and it will not show the options to change my login info. Now not only can't I login using IE but now cannot view "myFK" using Opera. This post is obviously sent from Opera seeing that it's the only thing that is working right now. What is going on with your site and WHY is it not compatible with IE? This login stuff is a pain in the A**. Why do you have a board that is not fully functioning...you guys are programers aren't you? FIX IT! Your offering a service for people to use...I would think that this would be top priority.

Once you have both Browse Board with Cookies and Autologin options on, it works fine in any browser.

By the way, I usually use Opera to fix accounts for people since it is my secondary browser and I can freely clear my history and cookies without discomforting my normal IE usage.

I hate to say it but it doesn't work fine and it never has. I am posting this message with Opera so I am aware that the Opera browser works. I have both board and autologin cookies set to yes, and I have cleared every damn cookie known to science on the computer. This system does not work efficiently. Nothing but problems and I'm still not able to use IE.

Do you have cookie blocking set to exclusive? If so, you need to allow FK.

I have my browser set up to except every cookie every virus anything people want to send. I'm not blocking anything and have my settings set to the lowest it can possibly go. I did try going to flashkit.com/index.shtml like you had mentioned in your email and so far it has been successful, but why? Why all of a sudden would it start working because of that. This is so confusing.

Because of the session id. index.shtml is not a php page.

I remember when I was back on Windows 98, I had to clear stuff in c:\windows\cookies the very first time the problem occured to me. That might help for some.

(I think I might have mentioned the above a while back on this thread or other threads related to this issue)

mmarkin, I set Pixel's account to nosessionhash=0 via MySQL. That's why it worked this time. I just went ahead and set everyone's. I didn't want to do it on a mass scale in case it broke some variations, but I had gerbick try and it worked. Sooooo, I went forward with it.
