How to do a focused moving flash popup movie

I have been trying to do a window like this red circle that slides to the center of the page and then grows.
Can anyone show me how it is done? I don't see how in the html.
It only works in Internet Explorer

    Site is:

You can do it by embedding a transparent flash movie in a div with a z-index higher than the page. Only works in IE, as you rightly said (ns don't support transparency).

    Using html div and z-index

Can you give me a code example to try?

10-12-2002 the source code is gone from eonline.
