ATAT walker made with swift 3d -v3-

    Hay everyone !
I was playing last week with swift 3d and come with the idea to make
an ATAT walker from the movie star wars.
Now i am working on a background and a flying snowspeeder with more ATAT's on the background.
I made the texturing in Adobe photoshop first and colored all objects with that texture. I also going to make a tutorial about the ATAT walker so everyone can make an ATAT walker
I want to animate the walker, but first i need to buy a faster computer. I tried to animate it but it renders about 4 minutes a frame.
I will post it here on this forum.

This is the texture made with the brushtool and some simple-lines :

Here are some more links of the ATAT-walker: http://www.daviesinteractive.com/atat/atat_head.jpg http://www.daviesinteractive.com/atat/atat_head2.jpg http://www.daviesinteractive.com/atat/atat_leg.jpg

Very nice. Keep up the great Star Wars models.

I think you should do a spinning Speeder Bike.

Another brilliant example. Are you going to animate this model?

I am also anxiously awaiting the tut.

    pointing out small prob

Don't get me wrong, This is great work, but I wanted to point out something that might help in future designs. Notice the legs of your ATAT. They are not bent corectly. Not a big deal, as to make what you did would take me forever, and I would not do as good as a job. Anyhow, bend the knees a hair on the legs, and it should bring another level of life to your ATAT.

You are absolutly correct about the knies. I will see what i can do and post the ATAT walker again but with the good bend on the knies.
thanks for your feedback, any comments are welcome.Because this will make me learn to do things better in swift.

Cheers and thank you all for the comments !
