load external images into swish

I know there's a *.swf file that lets you open external text in swish (so you just have to modify the text file)... but is there something that lets me open external images?..

Try having the text as a separate swf file and load that file instead.
It should be faster and not as hard to do .

You can use load movie to load jpg files into Swish provided you view them with the Flash 6 plug-in or player.
