    Hi,
    Can you check out my site level103.com and tell what you think! I run my own web design company and that is going to be my company site.     Not bad. One thing that caught my eye - your window is not big enough and cuts off part of the U in menu.

    it took a while to get to your site, the preloading was very slow.
    I would change the "initializing system" to something else.
