Hello,
I have used a special font on my web page...now I want my web page to autometically ask for languagae setting and download that font I have made, if the user dont have that font...

If you made it in flash then you could not use Language settings as the swf will not recognise the settings. However it would recognize the font.
If you are using html you have two options.
The first is not automatic where by you would provide a link for visitors to download the font and install it.
The second is a beta project by microsoft called weft
Web embedding font tool.
