    Quicktime problem..

    I want to run a quicktime movie in flash. I've used get url, but thats not what i want. If there could be a way to open a window in flash and start playing the movie...
    Basically, its a CD presentation......so

    then use director

    its better for a CD interactive presentation.

    you can use flash and quicktime things on it and burn it in one file.

    You could also import your quicktime movie into flash himself.

    I haven't used this in quite some time, so I will check and come back to you

    Yeah sorry about that

    You could select import to library (if i recall well to select import resulted into problems), select your .mov file. When it has been imported go to the library and paste it where you want your film. I would advise you to put it in a movie clip. You should then add your own control buttons. well you should be finished now, export, and I've got to say, God damn it it takes alot of time to export that swf.
