waoo guys great work
well i recently open a free thing called sketcher where when you feel bored you can go sketch something and have a chat if you like , not a commercial thing as i said, just a friendly thing so if you are in the mood come and try it its fun this is the link http://sketcher.artgrounds.com/psdrevolution
its sort of like photoshop you'll need the latest java plug in and another plug in if you want to use the tablet pen pressure ,hust dont delete any levels because they are shared , also you can save your sketches and then if you like you can post em here
for more info pm me

I liked the illustrations of mclelun- though the big one is a little bit off from the composition,
something I am working on atm.
modeling + rendering in 3dsmax9 with mentalRay
still some work with the textures- but everything till now is already unwrapped- and each texture already has a ambient occlusion map baked within blender.
This is a paid job I started a few weeks ago in my holidays wich is kind of an exception as I usually dont accept paid jobs in my study
my current semester project (semester just started)
I work on this with 1 other person- and we planned using a cartoon style with 3dsmax- but we found a new way of doing it without the need of cell shading technology- a method that produces sharper and more elegant line art.
this belongs still to my current uni project the same from wich I posted that city concept before. It´s about a future city in the ocean where the global warming is reflected on the daily life of the society living in it. The character I posted here is the main character wich will be followed during the whole movie.
3dsmax with After Effects
Thats cool render. How long did it take you to get to do that stuff?
This semester I'm taking my first 3dsmax class, but so far we haven't done anything very exciting, just lots of bouncing balls, robot arms and one model.
