    animation dilemma

I'm trying to acheive an effect similar to that on ego7.com. Basically I want a silhouette of me to walk across the stage in flash. I tried a homemade green screen and exporting each frame, then batching with streamline. To make a long story short, however, my green screen sucked. I don't want to trace each frame, because I want the sequence to be fairly complicated (around 100 frames long). Does anybody have any sugestions on how I might acheive this? Any animation techniques that might help?

    1) each screen has to be traced via flash or streamline. I find that the file size gets pretty high when this is done, so I take each scene and create a vector outline by hand in Illustrator and then import to flash. This reduces the amount of points in each drawing and gives a smoother, cleaner animation.
    2) using poser or any other 3D app can also give you this effect, looks more computer driven, but also a solution.
