    water ripple effect

    Hi all,

    I was wondering on how to create a water ripple effect text, like the text was part of the water and is affected by the ripple...

    What program are you aiming at?

    photoshop?

    there is a filter called 'Ripple'
    I don't know the exact location but it's under 'filters' in the menu
