I found it very confusing that the sound comes on rollover and not the mousedown -- it felt out of sync, and repeat clicks on the same node only sound the first time.
Another suggestion is to have some kind of auto-continue function. It was a little confusing to have to press 'play' after every round, I was never sure if I had messed up and I was starting over again, or not.
Other than that, this is very well implemented and looks great!
