jagged pngs...anyone?

i have a few pngs in an mc. they look great in the staging environment, but the second i publish the movie and have a mask move over top...the pngs become all jagged and crappy lookin. does anyone have a fix for this? thanks a ton in advance.

Hello,
Set the alpha of the movie clip to 99%..
That should take care of it..

3primates...thanks for the suggestion. the pics stil come out semi-stretched and jagged. anyone know why or how to fix? please help....deadlne.

Hi,
you arent by chance, scaling your Mc are you?

Check the size of your image in the library then check the dimensions of the Movie clip..

Kind of sounds like you are scaling the PNG, which would produce the same effect that you are seeing.

There is also a thread here someplace that is discussing image problems that are being encountered with win2k, and the mac OS..
Cant remember where the thread is though..
