    NEW Ray Of Light Effect!

    Hi Everyone!
    has anyone seen the new Ray of Light effect at http://www.rayoflight.net ? just click on any season and check out the season name when it comes out.. its jawdropping!
    Anyone has any idea how that type of effects are done? 3D ? or visual tricks. Please comment.. thanks

    uh uh.. i was'nt refering to the OLD ray of light effect...
    on the new site, theres this new text effect that looks so stunning..
    i'm wondering if its purely 2D or a 3D/flash fusion
    any ideas?

    I agree. The new one is incredible. His site says that he posted a tutorial on the subject on Flash Kit, but the link doesn't work and I haven't been able to find anything even close. Let me know if you find anything.

    nah..the tutorial he was refering to is the old ray of light tutorial, which is an excellent tutorial teaching that effect.
    i guess no one would know how to do the new 1, its become his trademark
