    how to make shapes from text?

    Hey,
    Im still a noob at flash as I'm asking a question like this! I have some text, news is what it is, and I want to make those into shapes. How do I make text shapes?

    You need to type something, select it, then press CTRL+B to break the text into shapes. You can now change the shape of the text.

    you can type text in one frame, insert motion tween, change it to a shape tween (the frames should be green and not blue...i think)in the properties menu and then put in the shape in the keyframe where you want it. it should tween the text into the shape that you drew.
