    My "fscommand" doesn't work.....help

    Hi all:
    I would prefer these menu options not be available to the user.and I attached the Action script :
    fscommand("showmenu", "false"); to the first frame of my animation.
    But It's doesn't work.I don't know why?
    And I try another fscommand those all don't work.I don't know what's happen.somebody help me!

    hmmm what you might wanna try...

    Ok, I'm only guessing here but you likely need to set "false" as an expression..in other words, lose the quotation marks.

    I hope it works.

    Here on my pc it works fine, maybe you try it in flash and publish, but you must try it on the flashplayer.

    I found when I run it (*.swf) by flashplayer it's working, but when I put it on my web site. It's doesn't work,and could you please tell me how to do?

    Sorry, i don't know why he won't work on internet. The fscommand don't work i it is .fla, only .swf, that's the only thing i know about fscommand.

    you have to insert code into the HTML page. flash will do it for you - go to Publish Settings, then click on the HTML tag. Click Template and select Flash with FSCommand.

    Unfortunately, this used to work with IE 5 but doesn't seem to jive with 6.
