2 questions.please help!!!
hi all,
I have 2 questions:
when I prepare a perload movie till the whole of it is loading how can I show the precent of loading?
how can I make flash load a mvoie from a frame number not from the first.

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to do.
Are you asking how to preload your main movie, preload to a movie clip, or to a level?
Also, "not from the first frame"? What do you mean, please describe.

I mean when flash movies are loading there's a primate simple movie loading before the main movie.I use this:
ifFrameLoaded (5) {
gotoAndPlay (120);
}
but I've seen in some sites during loading this movie it shows the percentage of loaded movie&I want to know how it works.
I want when people click on one button,it load a movie like this:
on (press) {
loadMovieNum ("movie.swf", 0);
}
but I don't want it loads from the 1srt frame,how can I load it from(for example) 100th frame?
I hope I could say my meaning.my english is not complete.

How have you came to know that Americans are dumb? The nation of America that you are
possibly one of them are respectful and honorable. It is only the American goverment that is hated by the deprived masses of the nations of the world.

Just crate a button
Code:
on (release) {
gotoAndStop (119)
}
then in frame 119 create a movieclip with the following code on it

onClipEvent (load) {
total = int(_root.getBytesTotal());
}
onClipEvent (enterFrame) {
Loaded = int(_root.getBytesLoaded());
Percent = int(loaded/total*100);
_root.Percent = Percent+" %";
if (Percent>=100) {
tellTarget ("_root") {
gotoAndPlay(120);
}
}
}
now you only need to create a dinamic text field name it percent.

There is no "revenge", I wasn't angry or offended about anything. It's my job to moderate - but I don't know all the languages of the world - so we use english here. I can't moderate words I don't understand - and you obviously know english. Say "welcome" in another language if you like, but there was a great deal more than just that in your posts.
If you are still confused, see my first post - it says "nice to see you here from Iran" It was a friendly gesture, not a stick in the eye. I have friends from Iran, and have studied the region extensively. You would probably be very surprised by my political views, but this is not the place for that discussion.

You are confused on this point.
Wheels DID NOT censor you.
He simply asked that you use the same language as everyone else in your posts.
That is much different than censorship which I'm sure you understand.

Thank you for your description that was indication to your good intention, sometimes misunderstandings
distort the face of friendship but with a gentle manner we can put it in a right form. Now we are more friends
but the reality which should be accepted is this that you could have wiped it with my permission because
it was mine, thank you anyway.
