Who's been in the cookie jar?

This was an excercise in mapping a 360 degree landscape graphic to a lathed object. The finished SWF file is 1.6 Megs but it seemed to start almost immediately when I posted it on our site.

    http://pristinetraffic.com/swift3D_cookies.html

Could I get some feedback on load / display times?

    Much appreciated,

Nice, clean, job! Loaded instantly on cable.

    Good work,

Thanks for the input Flick. I am also on cable but it still loaded quickly for me.

I'm wondering if ER is using some kind of compression similar to Flash MX on the Raster rendered outputs.

Not complaining though, this ups the limits for adding motion to the work

    Thanks guys!!

I had no idea there was that much difference in connection speed between cable and 56k modems - from instant to 9+ minutes. Hmmm, guess I have been on cable longer than I thought.

I may have to rethink file sizes or pre-load more than I have been

Thanks so much, this information is invaluble!
